"TEDxYouth events happen all year round in schools and in local communities. Once a year, the TEDx community celebrates young people by hosting local events as part of our TEDxYouth Initiative. These events are designed to empower and inspire young people".
As a Youth organized event it is important for us that the range of age of our organizing team is 16-19, that way we can assure that the experience provided is empowering and inspiring, just as we wanted it to be for us. Together we want to provide you with an experience where you are going to learn, have fun and overall hear ideas worth sharing. Our team is made out of 16 youth leaders that come from to The Netherlands from all over the world and together have decided to put up a TEDx event, we are all completely thrilled to host you in this year's event.
The logistics team participates in the event organization all the way through on a very practical level. Our tasks include working closely with the TEDxMaastricht team to secure the licence, finding the right venue, organizing the volunteers, transport, performances and a lot of other things to make sure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the conference. All our efforts go towards facilitating the exchange of ideas and the amazing experience of everyone involved in TEDxYouth@Maastricht.
